We are part of the nation's leading dropout prevention organization, working in public schools to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.

The primary goal of CreateHousing and HNN Associates is to create a stable community by supporting residents in retaining their housing. By assisting residents with information on housing, employment, food, legal help, and other vital resources, HNN residents will be successful renters living in housing that’s affordable to them.

Cocoon House is a non-profit that conducts outreach to, and provides short and long term housing for homeless and at-risk young people, including their children. Parents of teens can also find support for themselves and their families at Cocoon House so that young people do not become homeless.
